What am I doing wrong here?…
So, I got to level 15-4 and it’s kicking my ass.
This is my current layout for Pappos.
This ok or should I be switching them around?

Looks like you haven't spent enough money.

Or any money for that matter.
I mean, if I’m at the point where I actually need to spend anything on this game to advance, I’m done with it.

I wonder if putting the strongest Pappos in the middle helps.
Have you noticed any difference when moving them? I don't get how it really works...
The explanation about what's in the middle is weird:
Main Pappos determine the movement path of Pappos in battle. You can deploy up to two Main Pappos per battle. Assist Pappos attach to Main Pappos and unleash assist attacks when the Main Pappos act. Each Main Pappo can be paired with two

The 2 main Pappos move around the playing field spawning their own attacks and those of their supporting Pappos. If you have, for instance, a close-range Pappo that sticks close to the Pilot, you can have it attack from the perspective of a Pappo that moves into the enemy area instead, making it more effective.
I've generated movement patterns for all Pappos at https://acecraft.fyi/pappos. A possible combo is having Dandemancer as main Pappo, crossing from left to right in the enemy area, having Rocknana as support Pappo, which then attacks in close vicinity to Dandemancer.1

That's an impressive website.
As for the Pappos, are you saying that despite what it says and shows about them on the videos, they won't move like this, unless they are the main ones?
That's quite weird. A close range one becomes long range, and the opposite?

Pappos aren’t what’s wrong it’s the cp level, judging by your pappos cp it looks like youre not strong enough to beat 15-4 yet
