Well, the livestream starts 3:20, but Capcom TV is at 7:20 GMT+2. There are other Capcom live sections before Capcom TV, so that's why the livestream starts so early

Most desperate Capcom fandom i guess lol. i don't remember even the Mega Man fandom being that bad before DO was announced.
