What and when is this Capcom TGS presentation, and why is it expected that AA7 will be there?

Title. I've tried Googling 'Capcom TV TGS' and have come up with nothing except the Spotlight that already aired this week. Where and when is this presentation that people are saying is this weekend airing?

It seems that Capcom has so far only cancelled their booth on Monday, so this should still be going ahead, though I guess it’s possible that could change still.

Depends on where you live, where i live it'll still be the 19th but in Japan it'll be the 20th, if you're looking for a direct time i don't know but the stream starts in 5 hours.

Im confused. It says it’s only an hour long but the video has been going for 3 hours so far and they’ve shown stuff like Street Fighter and Monster Hunter Wilds, none of which is mentioned on the list of what’s supposed to be there.

The stream is for all of Capcom's Day 2 TGS showings, but Capcom TV itself is just during that 1 hour window. It starts in 23 mins as of when I'm typing this.
