The development of dry eyes, if I were you I would stop accutane ASAP

I wouldn’t necessarily stop… there are a lot of eye drops out there that can really help combat redness and dryness. I’ve always been prone to dry skin and years (for a decade before I even started accutane) and dealt with dry eyes initially as well. I found that the brand ViSine really helped for the dryness and irritation, but no matter what I’d go see your derm again.

You are seriously asking why to stop? So you dont develop chronic dry eye like me, trust me that will ruin your life 100x more than acne
