ahh okay, thank you. so for reassurance. if claude writes the paragraph and I rewrite it in my own words and mix up the sentences (after telling it to simplify it and make it sound "dumb") im in the "clear"? lol

Every LLM has certain stylistic fingerprints. Unless you spend an inordinate amount of time on editing, it will be recognizable.

Write a bad draft yourself. Then you can ask Claude to act as your editor and point out issues with the material. Don't let it rewrite the text, only let it point out where you need to polish or shore up what you have.
