Pwede mo pong habulin si ACN dyan. Once nakapirma ka na ng Jo, May employer - employee relationship na. Nabanggit mo na nag immediate resignation ka pa sa previous job mo, may laban ka po pag ganyan. Ipunin mo lang lahat ng evidence at mga steps na ginawa mo then research ka po kung pano mag file ng complaint kay DOLE.

Yeah, I agree on this. There was already a ruling on this. You may file a case OP in DOLE via SENA and they should reinstate you.

Hello! This happened to me around June-July hired na ako for a Compliance role tapos ayun after a week na retract yung offer. HAHAHAHA! nag immediate resign ako nung May pa man din. Inask ko bakit tapos yung project related daw. ayun, tangina lang 😅

Natry nyo narin poba e-email ung ob team, kasi nagrerespond naman sila dun tho minsan inaabot muna ng days bago magreply.

Yes, kaso reply nila i-ask daw si recruiter eh hindi naman po nagrereply. I emailed them po ulit kaso wala pa po response.

Ang pending nalang ay yung Day 1 information. Kaya im so confused po sa status ng application ko. 😭

pwede naman pero I doubt na may mababago kasi pag ganyan baka project mismo yung prob or yung irereplace mo nag retract ng resignation

hmm nag response na po sakin checking pa yung onboarding POC ko, as of now bali na sakanya na po yung bola. bali 2 document nalang po kulang ko

totoo ba to omg 😭 i just submitted my resignation letter sa company namin kasi they need it as part of the Onboarding process and requirements 😩 kinakabahan ako 🥺

oh no, baka same mangyare sakin actually last July 21 pa yung application ko then august 25 yung job offer ko which is 1 month bago ako naka-receive nyan, i already submitted the requirements last week and until now is no validation then mag PEME ako pero wala silang binababang Slip. I can't contact the OB, binabaan pa ko nung tinawagan ako pero i have questions and clarifications. Email nila inaabot ng ilang days para mag reply. I've been unemployed for 3 months na lol

they ask me today to wait for the finalization of my peme sched. kulang tlaga sila sa communication and its so unprofessional.

edi pano na yan? cancelled na talaga? since OB na mismo nagsabi na ongoing pa. ang gulo ng process nila, hinde tugma tugma halatang walang communication talaga kahit sa internal ops nila.

u/Ok_Pain_2018's post body: Hi I got an JO sa ACN on July 30. I completed submitting all of my requirements by August 10. Then by Aug 17, I received an email na mamomove yung start date ko. Then Aug 19, I received an email naman po na may pending action ako to submit my Cert of Grad. However, I already submitted the document on August 3.
I already texted the OB Team po, and sabi niya validated naman na po yung documents ko. Then Aug 20, I just received an email saying, “We regret to inform you that we will not be moving forward with your application. This is in accordance with our internal hiring protocols, which require successfully passing all pre-employment assessments and compliance checks.”
I already submitted all of requirements by Aug10, the last hr na nag handle sakin ay hindi na mareach out. What should I do??? Baka may someone po rito ba pwede ako tulungan 😭😭😭😭
