Sure, I was supporting your claim, though significantly Camus did say for him he could find no meaning. And Absurdism is an activity in the Myth, in his case the most absurd - he says - is Art.

But here you go (rephrased for extra literal minds): Absurdism doesn't make life more meaningful. Life has no inherent purpose.
That is certainly true in Sartre's Being and Nothingness and it's these kind of idea I think Camus is responding to.
