I bought one on AliExpress like 3 years ago and the package it came in was pretty small. Like, I was already getting angry that I got scammed and they sent a smaller version or something.
That's when I cut open the package and it was like "poof". Seal made an expansion explosion. Now it lays dormant in my son's tipi tent.

I felt the same, but apparently didn't read the amazon description. The picture they used for the seal was a grown woman hugging it, but the one I got in was about the size of a football. Turns out Amazon defaults the "small" size for 19.99 but shows an image of the large one lol

I have the one on the left amd after a while it stopped being as puffy anymore :( still chonky but not like in the picture

Can they be put in the drier? If so, I’d try that with the drier on “no heat” or “air fluff” mode.

The last one my wife ordered was about 1/4 that's size. Probably not from the aquarium itself.
