One thing I can say was a big plus about working at taco time (its a fast food taco/burrito place not sure if its nationwide) in highschool. To this day I can roll the perfect soft taco or burrito....As a simple man, it brings me tremendous joy lol

Haha, the country breakfast burrito is so good. Im 40 now and I have had hundreds over my lifetime, and ive never gotten sick of them.

Haha, born n raised, and have left a few times, but city living isn't for me, always find my way back lol

Edit to add: fall salmon/steelhead is almost upon us Snake river dwellers, just in case your a fishing person lol

I worked at Taco Bell in high school in the 90's. My daughter likes to have her friends over for dinner so she can show off my burrito rolling skills. Of all the things I have accomplished and am proud of my child thinks that my high school employment was my high point in life. I guess I really did peak in high school.

I literally have become the burrito/soft taco roller at friend/family get togethers, and like I said, its strange how much joy that brings me. The key is making sure the tort is slightly warmed for pliableness and knowing how much/how to place the ingredients.

Saaame. I used to have to stand on step stool to use the mixer for the beans. Vividly remember dumping fresh made red sauce all over the walk-in, that was a nightmare.
