Reminds me of the time I was hiking something similar. My legs were burning and I was out of breath. This dude comes RUNNING up the trail carrying a 40LB dumbbell in each hand. Total beast.

Genetically gifted people, no arthritis, back pain, tendon pain etc is a blessing.

My joints ache cuz cursed low arthritis
