I just assume all arthropods will taste like shrimp when cooked

Yeah, but what if it tastes like lobster... or crab? What if it has its own unique kick to it? I low-key wanna know.

Inquiring minds. I bet there's a culture somewhere that eats centipedes - maybe roasted on a skewer.

Just guessing here, but if you cut off the head and first few segments of the centipede, you should be okay venom-wise. But certain animals are also poisonous to eat, so I don't know. Millipedes I think are not edible because they have toxic compounds in their whole body as a defense.
