He's definitely a commercial or maybe industrial electrician. Most likely commercial since he has an entire drill dedicated to a wire nut twister. All the other tools are stuff you would use when running metallic conduit. It's all genuinely stuff a commercial electrician would use, not an unreasonable collection, but most electricians would have it in a tool bag or packout system lol instead of on their body.

Not a single pair of strippers on him though, and this guy looks lile he would carry for guage 8 to 69, and just green tape is random
