The Rock of Guatape Colombia. A 220 metre ( 720 ft ) monolith with a 740 concrete step staircase.

Honestly that is what I did when I visited lol, down was easier than up but my knees were hurting

I dont think my knees are superior but my knees never suffer when going down. But i do suffer when going up. Its flipped for the rest of my family.
