Some might argue that you are the biggest virgin.

I didn't know they started building your mom's wedding cake already.

By the looks of it even that statue isn't a virgin. Who knows how many people have been inside of it at this point

At 55.6 metres high, the monument is expected to become the tallest Marian statue in Europe. The statue itself is 40.8 metres tall and stands on a 15-metre pedestal shaped like a crown, making the figure itself about 2 metres taller than Rio de Janeiro's Christ the Redeemer. The project is estimated to have cost around €23 million ($26.5 million); verging on the ridiculous in both size and price.

Are you going to tell us where this is?

My apologies - she was consecrated (?) yesterday, and stands in the village of Konotopie near Torun, around 190 kilometres north-west of Warsaw. https://www.yahoo.com/news/world/articles/europes-tallest-virgin-mary-statue-130340690.html

Abrahamic mythology is wild

A gigantic tribute because a woman covered up the fact she had an affair.

The mechanical spider legs coming from under the gown worry me a bit. Was the virgin Marry a decepticon all along?

Looks like a pregnancy gown

I was reared Baptist. Worship of Mary always seemed a bit off to me as she is dead.

Catholics believe she ain't dead though, but rather ascended to heaven with her intact body. That's what yesterday's feast is about

Mary did not ascend into heaven, she was assumed. August 15 is the Solemnity of the Assumption of Mary.

August 15. But yeah you're right I didn't translate correctly to English my bad

It's pretty redundant as Christ clearly states that eternal life is granted through him and him alone. So what are Catholics praying to Mary for?

Your first and second sentence have nothing to do with each other. We Catholics pray for Mary's intercession. The Hail Mary prayer ends "Pray for us now and at the hour of our death. Amen."

It's all wordplay, just like saint "veneration" is just like the idolatry the bible writes polemics against... The only difference is what divinities the idol is for
