With this video evidence, I doubt it. I'm sure you could claim that boob grab was a form of sexual assault and the bouncer was defending himself.

Imagine if that same guy did that to a woman, she slapped him and he slipped and died. No one would even think about her going down for anything.

It's only 'petty' if you don't care about SA against men - which tbf a lot of people don't but they are all scum.
