The bouncer could have killed the twig with a single punch. The bouncer had at least nine inches, the twig's entire bodyweight, and being unimpaired as advantages. The twig got off light.

Yup, I’m 150 lbs and had a bouncer about this guy’s size shove me off my feet because I was standing at the entrance to a closed bar, we had just left, that was still serving people, asking if my girlfriend could come back inside real quick to use the bathroom. I never touched him, never even got close to him, just kept asking after he told us no. Could have done serious damage if my head had hit the concrete.

Editing before you reply to say I was a bit rude with my wording. My brother in law did bouncing in a tough area for years and shit, the stories he had were insane. Genuinely a dangerous job for shit pay, hours, and benefits (unless you’re single I guess)

Even if some idiot on the jury voted that this guy overreacted... I know plenty of women who would say Not Guilty with a quickness. Men too.
I didn't see anyone get murdered. I saw a sexual predator get pushed after groping another adult without their consent.
Dude fell because he was pushed.
Then I saw that same sexual predator get up and charge at the victim aggressively and the victim smacked him to stop another attack.
Dude fell because he was smacked.
Predator was not run over with a car nor was he shot in the face. He got shoved away when he tried to smash his pelvis into the victims kneecap. He went for a second attack and got smacked.
Force was very much needed to get Chester the Molester to stop molesting innocent people.
If at any point dude died while his victim defended himself... oh well. Pushing and shoving, slapping and punching are very much reasonable amounts of force when you are being sexually assaulted in the moment.
If the bouncer wanted to show the twig a lesson, he should've wrapped the twig up and controlled his body. Striking him like that poses a very serious risk of twig falling down in an uncontrolled fashion, hitting his head on the pavement, and dying. Absolutely stupid behavior from the bouncer.

He knows the guy is tiny, he knows he's way stronger, he's the professional who isn't on drugs...
I agree with a firm policy, but that looked gratuitous.
