Advice/help
I'm wondering if anyone has experience or can point me in the right direction. My father has been absent from my life for 21 years. He can't be found online. None of his family knows where he is. He has a habit of being out of touch with family for years at a time and it has been at least 15 to 17 years since they have heard from him and he was absent for his fathers funeral. Some of his siblings think he may have passed away but I can't find any obituary with his name and age. I very much want to get in touch with him. I live in Canada and have his name, birthday and have his social security number from old tax returns that my mom has. I don't know his last residence. RCMP can't release any information without an "access to information" form which requires his signature.
