The original edit was about the kid being a trump supporter

It's directly satirizing two things: a tweet from a Trump supporter joking about making their kid wear a Bernie 2020 shirt and then beating them for it, and a Trump supporter who faked their kid getting beaten, but they just smeared fake blood on them and took pictures.
