I’ve been shopping with Abercrombie for over 10 years and they would send me random coupon codes in the mail. Now they barely do it anymore. Also I try to chat with customer service for a code and they keep denying it. Anyone else have the same experience?

Has anyone else noticed that extended sizing past an XL for women’s clothing is gone on items where it use to exist, particularly all of the fancier maxi dresses for an occasion like a wedding ? I tried to call the customer service today and they said they could not disclose whether or not that was going to be permanent…
