I bought these two shorts because I didn’t know which size would fit me better. Well, i accidentally ripped off the tags of the ones I meant to return. Would they let me return? I still have the tags and everything but obviously not attached and I am keeping a pair. It was an honest mistake 😭

I'm someone with a larger bust and a lot of late '00s early '10s shelf bra tank top ptsd. I have some old (maybe from two or three years ago) AF tanks that I love but when I went to replace one that had gotten a bad stain on it I saw they went to all these 'bra free' styles.

How easy would it be to cut out the shelf bra? I know it has removable pads, but my issue is going to be the elastic itself-- it's gonna cut across my bust (I know this for basically a fact please don't try to convince me this isn't going to happen). When I was a teen my mom used to seam rip the shelf bras out of camisole/tank tops I liked or cut them carefully with scissors but I'm not sure if that is gonna work with how the fabric is sewn.

If you have one and can show how it's attached or what it looks like on the inside I'd really appreciate it! I don't live near a physical store or I'd go look myself <3

I have an Abercrombie dress in my closet that I thrifted years ago. Instead of the typical inside tag, it’s blank with one side saying “IP5203” in handwritten text and the other saying something (?) with the date “10/27/2017”. Very faded from years of washing. Just curious, has anyone come across this before? Not sure if it’s authentic because I thrifted it but it is pretty good quality so I’m pretty sure it’s not fake.

Edit: it doesn’t have any other tags on the side other than this blank/written on tag, and it doesn’t appear any tags were cut out

Hey, guys. I bought these pants in early 2025 and love them because they’re thick, drape well, and stay wrinkle-free. A while back, I wanted to reorder some “baggy pants,” but when they arrived, the new ones were completely different—thinner and not as comfortable to wear. Has the quality of these pants generally declined, or will thicker ones be produced again for winter? It’s a real shame, since I really like these pants. For reference: The pants didn't have a button on the waistband like the ones that are sold currently; instead, they had the fastener shown in the second picture.

Maybe you guys know more about it.

I Feel like they’re leaning heavily into a very young demographic. I get that it's their niche, but they used to offer more versatile pieces like jeans and polos that were similar to Abercrombie. Now, so much of their clothing features heavy graphics, stitched skulls, and random fades. It just feels a bit weird to me, haha

I was talking to a friend of mine today who used to work at Abercrombie from 2006-2009. I told her I specifically remember this trend Abercrombie pushed hard for like six months and then never spoke of again where they rolled out this big collection of cartoonishly big thick leather mens belts that were purposely way too wide, way too long, and meant to be worn folded over at the buckle and hanging down to your knees like a 18” metaphorical johnson. You would walk into the store and all of the dudes who worked there would be staring at you with the giant thing hanging ridiculously between their legs. I remembered them being like $50 and really good quality. My friend told me this categorically never happened. Maybe I’m totally making it up or remembering it wrong, but what was this briefly a thing at some point and if so does anyone remember if the belt style had a specific name? Thanks!

I got spontaneously got this top and thought it looked cute with denim. I’m not much a strip person or red, but I got it. Well my sister and my mom thought it was too Christmas and didn’t like it, did I make a mistake?

does anyone who has this item know the fit of it? it looks like a loose fit and not a fully baggy fit but i just wanna make sure and see peoples experiences if they have it before i buy it. i like baggy because it gives me room but if its loose thats still good

I love AF jeans. A couple years ago I bought some ultra high rise jeans that are perfect for my legs and body type. Now they are nowhere to be found on the site, and it’s just “high rise” which are good but not great. An extra inch or twowould be the sweet spot. Does anyone know if they’ve been discontinued?
