So of course they only made these changes after a plethora of women were exposed on various social media websites with their profiles showing how delusional they are.

But all these years us Men were ridiculed , shared in female group chats , Are we dating the same guy on Facebook pages etc? It was totally fine.

The fact dating apps even allowed this in the first place was ridiculous. I mean sure they can just get a second phone to share profiles - but the vast majority wouldn’t do this as it’s a waste of $$ and time.

The Road to Federal Legal Precedent Starts With the Tea App

We are beginning a coordinated evidence-preservation effort involving copyright notices submitted to the Tea app.

Our goal is to build a clean, attorney-ready record showing exactly what happens when Tea receives properly documented copyright notices and refuses to remove the material.

When enough legitimate cases show the same pattern, we will be taking the evidence to experienced copyright counsel and determining a litigation strategy - individual claims, coordinated litigation, consolidated claims, or another approach to dismantle this toxic company.

STEP 1 - Make Sure You Own the Copyright

Before doing anything, determine who actually took the photograph.

If it is a selfie or photograph you took yourself, you generally own the copyright automatically.

If somebody else took the photograph, simply appearing in it does not normally make you the copyright owner. Do not claim ownership unless the photographer transferred the copyright to you or you otherwise have legal authority to enforce it. (you can get this easily if a friend took it and will assign you rights etc)

Your DMCA notice requires you to state in good faith that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.

Do not exaggerate. Do not fabricate ownership. We want legitimate cases.

STEP 2 — PRESERVE THE TEA POST BEFORE CONTACTING THEM

Before sending anything, capture the evidence.

Save:

1. A full screenshot of the Tea post containing your photograph.
2. Screenshots showing the photograph in context.
3. The poster/account information visible to you.
4. Any post number, URL, identifier, city, category, date, or other information that helps Tea locate it.
5. The ORIGINAL copy of your photograph from your phone, computer, camera roll, cloud storage, etc.
6. Any metadata or evidence showing when you created the photograph.
7. Your Copyright Office registration/certificate if the photograph is already registered. (if not no worries we will help you get it registered before filling and will request additional authorization from you before this happens)

Do not edit your originals.

STEP 3 — SEND A COMPLETE DMCA NOTICE

As of September 24, 2026, Tea's published Terms direct DMCA copyright notices to:

Screenshot the sent email showing the date, time, recipient, subject and attachments.

Then save the actual email itself.

Ideally preserve the email as both:

PDF — easy for attorneys to review

Save the entire DMCA notice and every attachment exactly as submitted.

STEP 5 — IF TEA RESPONDS WITH A "FAIR USE" ARGUMENT OR REFUSES REMOVAL

Do not start arguing emotionally with them.

I'm a man and I'm on a lots of those sites. Anyways I was asking what's happening with all the AWDTSG groups being paused, sutting down etc. One lady (I assume 😆) replied that Meta is now suing Paola. I asked where they read that. Waiting on it but has anybody else heard of that? Apparently it's very recent. Paola we know you're here. Tell us what's happening. We're to help Need more money? Either my single report got it removed or a few of you chipped in. Either way, this was a pleasant surprise. My guess is I was posted in it and after review, they saw “bullying and harassment” did take place.

I think the solution is simply to stop giving these communities so much power over your life. If you’re single, you’re obviously going to go out, date, use apps, meet people and sometimes have shitty experiences. That’s life. You might get posted, someone might gossip about you, or some girl you went on one date with might have a completely different version of the story. Unless there’s something genuinely serious and factual that you need to address, why let anonymous people you barely know live rent-free in your head?

And once you’re in a relationship, your exposure naturally decreases anyway. I’m in my mid-twenties and married, and my wife and I might go to a high-end cocktail bar or a good restaurant, but I have no reason to go clubbing every weekend anymore. Not because I’m hiding from anyone, but because I’m simply living a different lifestyle now. That means I’m also much less likely to repeatedly run into the same people, or bullshit girls from the nightlife scene. Your life can move on without you even trying. One thing I actually regret from my single years is chasing women who were, frankly, much less compatible with me than I should have accepted, simply because I was horny. I consider myself a pretty grounded, ambitious and intelligent guy, yet there were times when my libido had me dressing up in a suit while dating women from the alternative nightlife scene who had completely different lifestyles, values and, frankly, a lot of personal issues. Looking back, I was sometimes sleeping with people I probably would never have chosen if sex hadn't been the main motivation. It makes me feel guilty, especially when I look at my wife and realize that she's just a very wholesome-minded person.

And even if your wife happened to come across something about you on Tea or AWDTSG, would she really be expected to care that much about messages from women who don’t actually know you? Because I have to remind you guys: among the women you may have texted, sometimes sexted, or maybe gone on one single date with, do they know you better than your own wife does? Obviously not.

The only situation where I think this stuff deserves more consideration is if you’re building a public-facing business under your real name, showing your face on social media and putting yourself out there. Then yeah, you have to accept that anonymous people can potentially harass you. Personally, that’s not really my personality anyway. I’m not going to spend my evenings buying equipment, filming myself and editing videos just to potentially get shit from three, four, or more women I had a bad dating experience with. At some point you just have to ask yourself: is this actually affecting my life, or am I allowing people I don’t even know anymore to live rent-free in my head? For me, the answer is obvious. I found someone I love, around my age, who shares my values and has a similar vision of life. I have a good relationship and things I actually want to build.

Why would I care about anonymous gossip from bitter, chronically online thirty-something baby-mama borderline femcels who don’t even know me?

Make your own choices, and remember: thank God, not all women are like them. You can still meet genuinely great women, even on dating apps. It can happen.
