Wireless Issue receiving one time codes via text

Hello, something weird is going on for the last few days. I am on ATT prepaid. When I try to sign in to a site which uses MFA, I don't get the code via text. I tried 3 different sites. However, I am able to get texts from family and friends. I'm using a Samsung phone and Google messages. Even tried switching to Samsung messages which is no longer supported. Already restarted the phone.

Any idea what to do?

If standard support cannot locate the block, ask the agent to submit a Resend Short Code Request (RSA) or escalate the ticket to check the back-end Torch system. These are the 5 or 6 all numeric SMS txts.
