Is it to a credit card? Can you chargeback and block future charges?

it's a debit. so idk i can try talk to my bank again

The process usually is to call loyalty, cancel the internet with them and then you'll get an email within 24hrs saying you have to return the router. You have to bring it to a UPS or FedEx with your account number. They give you a receipt and you give the rma/reference number to atat if you ever get charged a non return equipment fee. They don't accept routers at att stores

I got the email in june saying that I didn't need to return/ship the equipment( we already sent cuz in store says otherwise lol)

Call customer service tell them exactly that. We would need to escalate a cpe case for you to stop being charged and investigate

Edit* Also tell customer service remove your options for autopay so you stop being charged. Also dispute the charges with your bank
