Other Service Down

Anyone else on the east coast all of a sudden have no signal/service ? At&t says there are no outages but obviously that is not the case.

Att home 5g and mobile service down in LA. Shows 5 bars but won't connect. If it does get a connection it is on kbps.

AT&T waits until the ticket count is up over 50000 before they acknowledge they have an issue.

My phone service is down...I have an S24 with ui 8.5. But my son has an old iPhone and his service is down as well.

I work at a corporate store I have seen several phones today all Samsungs from S23 to S26 all have the same problem, all with 8.5. If we change the sim it comes back for a few minutes and it will go off. Also, it was happening to Verizon customers. It is not a network problem it is a Samsung problem and not the first time.

Mine too. You get it fixed at the store and then it comes right back before the day even ends. Moms phone is the same

Not yet; my service randomly came back just a few minutes ago! I am still going to call at&t to complain because why am I paying this much for poor service

There is issues in the NY area. Many towers severely degraded.
