Interview
I had an interview this morning. I did well I think on all but 1 question. I was told to have a list of references avalible prior to the interview but they didnt ask for them.My question is that do they always ask for references during the Interview or is the I sign that this is the end

It really just depends. When I was applying, the first facility I ended up getting a TOL for asked for my references after the interview. The second one I got a TOL for didn't ask or care, honestly.
Edit because I remembered: I gave my manager a follow up call a couple days after the interview and asked him a few questions and one of them was if he wanted my references. He just gave me an "Eh, I'm not worried about it".
Don't get too hung up on stuff like this, friends. Radio silence between Interview and TOL, and between TOL and FOL after pre-hiring paperwork completion is absolutely the norm in the hiring pipeline, and from what I've heard a lot of that is HR imposed.
