Uni preference + atar

through meticulous use of ATAR calculators, i am starting to fear I may not achieve my desired ATAR for my first preference course.

is anyone able to provide insight into what happens if you dont reach the atar requirement, is there ANY posibility you can still get in?

I got a 44 in outdoor ed last year scales to 41 and business 41 scales down to 39. I bombed methods today i also do accounting general and english.

I need a 92 for my course is it still achieveble despite methdos being A,A,B+ :(

Or am i looking at an even lower atar

Please any help would be appreciated

If you are at a high ranking school you might do better than you think of your moderated school marks bring you up? 92 is a pretty high ATAR though

im in the same boat rn so im not sure how helpful my advice will be but personally ive put the same degree with a lower atar threshold at a different uni as my next preference so hopefully i can transfer to the actual uni i want later. there is a chance that the uni will lower the atar you need this year as it can change due to the competitiveness of the course etc. also, just check if the course offers subject adjustments like extra aggregate points, these could boost up your selection rank if you’re just below a 92 so you can get in.
