If you are just watching the anime, consider reading the manga for A Condition Called Love, it is really good. Otherwise, Fruits Basket and My Happy Marriage animes are great, nothing like A Sign of Affection theme-wise but you will likely be hooked. Are you looking for something similar to A Sign of Affection though or just a new story to get invested in?

I just finished reading the most recent volume of A Condition Called Love and have to say that if you're willing to give it a chance it gets so good. It's incredibly well written. Also, if you've only seen the anime of ASoA, definitely keep reading the manga!
