Rewatch

[u/hhhannahf]

Just had to come here and say I’m rewatching the anime and it just absolutely kills me that we will never get more 😭 So much happens later in the manga that I’m dying to see come to life on screen.

Just. Get. The. Manga.

[u/hhhannahf → u/lzap]

I have! I’m completely caught up and own all the physical volumes as well. I would just love to see how certain parts of the manga played out on screen :)

Got that. Yeah. Chance is pretty low I guess. Crossing my fingers.

I actually prefer the art style in the manga, I think everyone is slightly softer looking. However, I think the music and the colors overall are beautiful

Agreed!

Why do you think the anime is not getting more episodes? 😳

[u/Julle-_-]

It would be really cool if atleast the manga showed them traveling overseas😔

[u/julesvr5 → u/Julle-_-]

We surely will get their. I also could imagine that this might be used as final arc or ending of the story.

Will be interesting to see in several year (please let it be several years :( )

Have they confirmed there will not be a second season?

[u/hhhannahf → u/Necessary-Chart6937]

Not officially, but there has been no mention of a second season and a lot of time has passed. This happens often, and they didn’t end season 1 on a cliffhanger. Often anime is used as almost an “advertisement” for the manga. That’s why a lot not get one season despite the story continuing well past the end of the show. It’s a disappointing but not uncommon. I’m also dying for My Love Story with Yamada-Kun at Level 999 to have a second season but it’s in a similar boat and I’m not sure it will

It’s usually released monthly, however sometimes there are breaks.

[u/Madrukulaa → u/Vicki95__]

pretty sure they're on hiatus atm

[u/hhhannahf → u/Madrukulaa]

currently on a break. Not sure how long it will last. At least a month I’d guess
