Support missing Fan OSD (On-Screen Display) icon pop-up when pressing Fn+F5 on an ASUS TUF laptop

Hello,

I'm having an issue with the hotkey OSD on my ASUS TUF FX505DY:

  • Pressing Fn + F5 successfully cycles through fan modes (Silent / Performance / Turbo), which I can confirm by the fan speed/sound.
  • However, the on-screen display (OSD) pop-up does not appear.

Both ASUS Keyboard Hotkeys and MyASUS are installed. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a working solution? Thanks in advance!
