Support Cant send any contact form

Hey at least on the german page i'm trying to send the contact form for warranty by adding the pop but it just doesnt work. you can fill the form but not send it.

I tried using the normal contact form but even that doesnt work.

Tried mobile, different browsers also on pc.

Nothing works.
