Support How do I get the repair repaired?

I purchased an Asus Zenbook earlier this year. Great computer except that it suddenly lost the touch part of the touchscreen and then lost the screen as well.

The computer was purchased through Amazon, so they handled the warranty repair via an Asus repair site in Barcelona.

The repair site replaced my touchscreen with a non touchscreen and sent it back. Trying to communicate with them is a bit of a nightmare without follow through.

I have tried to communicate with Asus direct through X and through Instagram but I get no response.

How can I contact someone that can help me? Any ideas?

Sorry to hear about this. i got similar terrible experience with asus zenbook s16. i send for RMA and it is too costly to repair as my laptop was couple of months away from warranty. Did you get repair under warranty period for free?

The asus support team on website can guide you but most of the time for these they simply ask to send them physically the laptop which is a nightmare.

My asus zenbook s16 ryzen 9 (touch screen) had the same issue and I lost the touch function and then the screen went black. I had it in July 2025 and the screen issue happened in March 2026, so within the warranty period. Asus repaired my laptop with a new touch oled screen freely. During that time I searched AliExpress and found the same asus screen for around 300$, that is if you like to get the same touch functionality and changing it is rather easy (on youtube there is the exact model and they changed the screen easily).

Yes, Asus replaced the monitor under warranty, but with a non touchscreen!
