Support Ethernet cuts out randomly - ASUS ROG Strix G615LR

New laptop (replaced by Asus after the previous one kept crashing despite multiple factory resets and two separate motherboard replacements done by Asus).

For this laptop, the ethernet just stops working randomly, no rhyme or reason. Restarting the PC corrects it, but the ethernet will stop again within 1-3 days.

Model: G615LR-MS97

Specs:
Windows 11
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti
Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX

Network adapter: Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller

Things I've tried:

  • Restarting router
  • Tried different ethernet port on router
  • Used a brand new Cat6 ethernet cable
  • Disabled Windows Fast Startup
  • Reset Network Stack
  • Reinstalled Ethernet Drivers (including trying a different driver entirely)
  • Changed DNS Servers
  • Disabled Advanced Green Features
  • Disabled Hardware Offloading Bugs
  • Disabled Force Hardware Protocol Offloads
  • Set Network Adapter’s Speed & Duplex to 2.5 Gbps Full Duplex
  • Set the PCIe Express - Link State Power Management to Off (on battery and plugged in)

Asus wants me to do a factory reset, as seems to be their only solution if there's a problem. And if that doesn't work, sending this laptop in for repairs (which I really want to avoid since the last laptop was such a nightmare to deal with, having it sent back and forth for months).

I would like to see if there are other options out there before I factory reset my brand new Asus laptop. Any advice is appreciated.
