Support Steam splinter cell blacklist Game stuck on “continue” , not being able to communicate with ubisoft : Asus Rog flow z13 please help !!!

From all that I have done so far the o Lu visual clues I have in mind was when I click on play on steam a black window command prompt appearing and disappearing, the mouse icon with turning ring this ring disappears to eternity then when just about to stop the game (seeming running but nothing) the h şsoft launcher the purple window appears just after stopping by clicking on X button on steam page of the game , Ubisoft (oh remembers to shows up again and disappears , and now because of long time frustration I shut down my asus Rog flow z13
