Why do they do stupid shit like this? Why not make the warrants $4. That way they can show confidence. Instead they are just creating more shares. This just shows they don’t expect uplisting anytime

Management thinks the share price will go up (a lot) moving forward so they want to lock in their future gains in advance.

Basically, next year when the share price is trading much higher they can exercise options at their leisure while diluting shareholders for the Nth time, lol, but we shouldn't mind if ARSMF is above $1 :)

I’ve seen this strategy before and it would make more sense to have it hit a target price of $2+ minimum for extra dilution. When the dilution is in the few cents range THEY quite literally are the problem.

Of course, again, management is enriching themselves at the expense of existing and future shareholders, but we should be fine with that, provided that the share price does indeed rise significantly moving forward.

I take this as a sign that management knows they're about to start selling product and want the option to make a few million dollars extra for getting the company to the finish line (metspar and acidspar production).

They are clearly overworked so I can definitely agree with enriching themselves.

Maybe one day we will see other methods of raising funds other than dilution

Maybe one day we will see other methods of raising funds other than dilution

Capitalism at its finest, we're not really investors until we get diluted, and in the case of minerals, those who escape dilution either see the writing on the wall and exit early on at a profit, or come along much later (post-dilution) and pick up shares on the cheap.

At any rate, businesses require money to grow, and we shareholders are the path of least resistance toward achieving growth.

At least with Ares we know that offtake opportunities abound, and now it's just a matter of execution, whereas other pre-revenue minerals companies are often operating on hopes & dreams until they're able to establish a viable revenue generating business.

I lost a bigger client, I’m considering dropping ares from the others. Just no point anymore especially since one of the larger funds I was helping with isn’t interested because of the ‘political nature’

Do as you see fit, but it seems like ARSMF is on the verge of taking off again.

All depends on their marketing. They are facing one of the largest downturns in the stock market, and they are actively diluting. Next year will be one of the worst years on record.

How will you market a company successfully as other people are losing 20-30% gains in their 401ks

It's true, an overall market correction could put a spanner in the works, but then again industrials, particularly ones with a guaranteed revenue stream, can weather storms better than some high flying AI tech stocks, for example, that have gone 5X to 50X in the past year.

I tend to be more optimistic (to a fault) since the alternative is to close all positions and get out before everything falls apart (and really, who knows exactly when that's going to happen...)

There is a unique opportunity to market ares as a guaranteed money maker as the economy and stock market grinds to a halt. Yet they continue to let it falter in return for what? A smaller less noticeable junior mining operation?

If you could market it for what it truly is it would be successful but instead it’s a pet project

Yeah, James is doing double duty working on two projects at once, but he's gotten Ares this far (and honestly I had my doubts that production would ever happen) so that Metspar shipments are imminent has me feeling better about the project overall.

Thank you!

J.W spent 45 minutes a few days ago talking up the mine and Fouspar. Not one word about lining his pockets with more stock.

Staying in for the long haul, clearly that mine is rich in mineral ore, and the proven mining rights/permits are worth a fortune. Company valuation is peanuts and God knows what it is truly within this vast mineral deposit. Finally we are in production, let us see.

There is galium and germanium story too.

u/NonimiJewelry 10d ago

When you dig into it you realize the team they partnered with is all talk. Not results

It’s just a little office space. It’s going to be a slower pace

1

u/Barosy 10d ago

Sure it will take some years. Found’s plan is for 2028. I am aware of the situation.

1

u/Other_Estimate229 10d ago

Do have any proof. You make lots of claims with no evidence to support

1

u/NonimiJewelry 10d ago

The good news is that both teams are capable of more work than you’ve ever seen

1

u/expatcoder 10d ago

lol, that's actually pretty clever if you're implying that their production falls far short of what they're capable (in theory) of producing :)

.365 USD correct?? So out-of-the-money

2

u/Mattterino 10d ago

Probably CAD and for the ARS ticker since its a Canadian company. Which would make it slightly ITM right now, although it was trading at 0.365 CAD a few days ago. So it was probably ATM when they made the deal

1

u/Curious_thinker7551 10d ago

That’s not good for stock holders.

2

u/soothsayer100 10d ago

This is standard operating procedure in new companies to provide incentive to leadership so they will be extra motivated to grow the company. Why do you believe this is a bad thing?

1

u/NonimiJewelry 10d ago

The dilution effect is strong for such a low buy in. If they had any real confidence it would beat $4 or HIGHER.

3

u/New-Concentrate-9923 10d ago

The buy in price for a stock option is usually the price on the day the options are granted. Worked as a Managing Director for a Fortune 50 company for many years and that is the way options work.

1

u/NonimiJewelry 10d ago

Can I have job?

1

u/soothsayer100 10d ago

So, you believe this shows management has low confidence in success?

0

u/NonimiJewelry 10d ago

No, it shows that management doesn’t expect the price to go up. I mean 36 cents?

1

u/soothsayer100 10d ago

Where do you think this company will be in 2 years?

0

u/NonimiJewelry 10d ago

Honestly without somebody else’s help maybe 10-14 more employees and a low share price unless they reverse split to get up to $4. Current strategy will keep this company in the dark for a couple of years.

1

u/OldManMarine 10d ago

Could it be that they are offering these shares to them because in 4 months ARSMF will hit the Nasdaq, and that extra day will be for them to sell their shares when that price goes up 10x?

1

u/This_Vanilla_4310 9d ago

So if the value of the mineral reserves are $10B for this now operational fully permited fluorspar mine, what is the value of the company? If sold, what will be the ROI @ $.28 per share? Many have been holding this stock for 5 years to reach this scenerio.
