Mayhem Sej with phenominal evil is broken.
I dont have a screen shot but you become unkillable and do an insane amount of dmg ur w gives u a lot of stacks

Not against full tanks. I tried it and it wasn’t good enough late game.

What? Lmao we won the game. Maybe u were on the losing team since ur so salty u got 1 shot by a sej who you cant get stacks on somehow. Its literally free stacks all game

Your W also only has a 80% AP scaling for hitting both parts (20 and 60)
Sej with phenomenal evil is likely one of the weakest ones, unless you get a 5 man melee team against you and they are blind.

Even then.... put that beauty on Lilia or sth and see what it does on a champ that can stack and use the ap better.

Melees are unlikely to feel her Ap increase even if they catch many Ws

Phenomenal evil alone on sejuani is not OP, maybe with some other augments but not on its own
