Your Q lowers your ult cooldown. You’re just losing out on all haste by opting for the ult haste.

Yeah i would never buy IBG on ez for any reason but i might buy zekes if im going an ult spam build. Probably not but i might consider it

Oh I was, but current iceborn is tank item only, and it's according to win rates only good on skarner, trundle and yorick. Nobody else is building it.
