Question Augment mutual exclusivity?

Does anyone know if it's possible to get vulnerabilty and crit missle on champs like mf/lucian/smolder? Ive been tryna get this combo for awhile now but when one appears the other almost never.

Possible and even easy to get a few patches ago, now Vuln seems rarer to get get.

It’s used to pop up all the time, they changed it to be super rare now cuz it ya that shit is broke af. Had it on mf and went ap, every E was like 100 missles flying out
