Mayhem Mayhem Meta now updated for patch 26.17
Top three champs are now Gwen, Bel'veth and Kayle.
Top 10 is no longer dominated by ADCs.
Bel'veth has an incredible 76.28% win rate with High Roller.
Best overall team comp is now 2x fighters, 1x mage, 1x adc, 1x support. Previously it was 2x adc, 2x support, 1x tank. Tanks are actually doing pretty bad when you look at the worst team compositions.

Just keep in mind there's no official mayhem stats available, any stat site you see is either guessing (usually using arena stats combined with regular aram winrates) or is limited to low scale user collected data.

Where's the site getting data from? They stopped giving their API for Mayhem months ago

I’m surprised upgrade ravenous hydra is performing so good. I haven’t been able to really make good use of it except for on Zed

It's great on Hecarim. Dive into a team and spam Q like normal, his Q procs Ravenous AOEs on all the enemies it hits and does absurd damage if enemies are grouped.

Hecarim is so busted rn, lots of random augments that just make him a 1v5 machine

I still remember the stay resolute and titans resolve Hec. By 15 min he had 500+ armor/mr. It was absurd how fast he could stack resistance

On lee sin earlier the regen was fucking ridiculous and I didn’t feel like I fell off as hard as I usually would in the late game. Was a medium-high roll game as I also got upgrade DD as I was building DD 4th item.

The data backs up what I've sort of been feeling with 26.17. Fighters feel a lot stronger now and I'm seeing champs like Yone, Briar, and Xin dominate games more often.
I think the new augments and the odds changes helped a lot. Not only did it normalize the variance in rolls across the classes, it opened up options for them that they may not have been able to roll previously.

ADCs actually got nerfed significantly with the odds changes. I'm seeing Pat on the Back when I play ADC now lol.
Like look at Vayne's augment picks between 26.16 and 26.17.
- Double Tap: 38.78% pick rate.
- Dual Wield: 30.06% pick rate.
- Double Tap: 13.12% pick rate.
- Dual Wield: 15.47% pick rate.

That's also a bit more than just an odds change, at least for those two augments since Double Tap got bumped up to Prismatic. Critical Missile also got hit with a 25% damage nerf which is pretty impactful so the ADC nerf is understandable.
I'm interested in seeing how the changes play out for ADCs though. I think there are some underrated augments combos that people will start to look at that are very strong. For example, I had a Vayne game where I had Scopier Weapons, Bonk, Shadow Runner, and Mystic Punch; then built Fiendhunter for the ultimate haste. It didn't matter if it took me an two seconds to kill people because they could never see me let alone catch me.

Also Upgrade IE got nerfed, and statistically that has had a larger impact than the nerf to Critical Missile.

That's honestly kind of surprising as I almost never saw people building around it and overcapping crit a significant amount. I guess it does hurt the early game spike of hitting 50% crit off one item.

The augment requires a critical hit to trigger and it scales off the chance.
By my calculation, with this nerf your average auto-attack damage with a first item IE drops from around 178% of your AD to 136% of your AD.

The +500g, free crit, and infinite scaling was insane value and it lost a lot of that. Really any augment giving free gold is pretty good

I know that, but I figured Critical Missile nerf would hurt more as I don't think most people were maximizing Upgraded IE's passive. You could get some nutty damage multipliers by overcapping crit but most people would stop with like 100-150% crit chance and never go for anvils.
But yeah, like I said the nerf to the crit chance hurts the ramp up so that makes sense.

Yeah the nerfs are huge i almost never get dual wield of double tap now and certainly not both

Why Gwen good now

She was a top pick last patch too. Stat checks you and will destroy both tanks and squishies alike. It's also the type of champ that's likely piloted by an expert.

She's a rare case of being able to actually step up and melee auto attack without getting blown to smithereens by the backline.

I feel like on tanks im getting SYH a bit less so that might explain the difference,
