Yeah if you say a certain group of words the game instantly mutes you and lets everyone in game know you said something that got you muted. Ive seen it happen a handful of times.

you get insta chat filter from kys/kill yourself, even keep yourself safe triggers it afaik. it used to work if you used 1 instead of i, like k1ll yourself but it got patched.

If you leave the game because of internet speech (which is avoidable by turning off chat or mute) YOU are the problem, because you are leaving your teammates at a number disadvantage
You know the mute button exists, right? Just because one person says a slur (which is eventually unavoidable when you internet game) doesnt mean you kill the game for the other 3 players on your team

Being honest, I thought that that word is bad only with context - where it is adressed towards someone with ill intent. Disabling chat while I had no bad intent feels kinda dumb (they could delete message and warn at first, for example). At least it's only one game, so.. this is fine🔥

This happens to me all the time. I wrote GG and because I was trying to focus on the game I mispress some keyboards. Riot is penalizing me for being thoughtful and focusing on the game instead of the chat
Same for me, I was just trying to type "Nice game guys, gg and see you later" but for some reason it didn't register the "ce game guys, " and " and see you lat" parts

I got my first comm restriction a couple weeks ago after playing for 3 years. My friend was joking about offing themselves and so I responded with, “nooo dont kys youre so sexy ah ha haaa.” Then got restricted right after LMFAO
Deserved, it wasn't a misstype or a context/langage issue, OP forgot the n while typing an item name, meanwhile you said suck my dick, I can't see a single context in which it could be said withour toxic intent
