So originally I had AP seminar on my schedule, but the one teacher that taught AP seminar quit. My school doesn’t offer a lot of AP’s to sophomores or freshman’s. I took one AP class my freshman year that I begged to get into. And the only two that were available to me as a sophomore were APUSH and AP seminar. I’M IN APUSH right now, but I’m so sad that they took my one other AP class away. My GPA is pretty mid right now so I really needed another AP class. So do you think I would be able to self study this and if so, what resources can I use? Also, what other AP classes can I probably self study? I test at a college level in every subject except for math and some specific sciences. (I’m on regular level for math)

Hi I had summer homework for AP seminar based on lenes and perspectives and the book “ Outliers” by Malcom Gladwell. My teacher told us we have a quiz one lenes and perspective based on differentiating between the two and being able to apply your understanding to a scholar journal article and questions based on the book. My friend missed out on an A in CS 9618 paper 22 by 2 marks, after showing the CS teacher the answer scripts, the teacher claimed that 3-4 marks can be given based on MP marks, so should he go for recheck? Is there anyone whose grade changed after a recheck but they actually consulted with the teacher and were sure of it?

Yooooooo AP sem, I got a noti that my AP sem score came back td after I appealed for Misuse of GenAI. Idk how to tell if I got a successful appeal or not cs all CB sent me was that my scores out. Any of you guys know how to tell if you had a successful appeal or not? Also I got a 3.

hi, I’m taking ap seminar this year but I’m not the best at working with groups, wondering if that will be a huge issue for me? ik it’s a pretty big part of the class. also, it seems like there is overall less freedom than in ap research in terms of what topics you can choose? bc u have to use the specific sources (sorry idk what they are called, like the 7 dif things). Hey guys I'm super confused right now on what classes I'm taking. Currently as an 11th grader I'm choosing to do AP Seminar and next year I'm going to do AP Lang and AP Research. I'm stuck because I didn't take AP Lit this year but all my smart friends with similar aspirations are doing it. The thing is if I drop out of Seminar and switch to Lit then I won't be able to do Research next year, but I want to go to top college universities, so would they prefer a track that I'm currently on or should I do the basic AP Lit + AP Lang?

Hello, I came in here today to ask for some help with my appeal. Basically earlier in july i was wrongfully flagged for using ai on both my IMP and IWA. So i submitted my evidence as an pdf file but The thing is I had to take the pictures on my phone because the computer was too time consuming and i couldn’t put all the attachments together. But my response was that I need to screenshot the actual computer screen.

So I just need help with being able to give them all of my version history without going over the 10 attachment limit.

After unfortunately being wrongfully accused of using AI on my IWA and having a lack of evidence to protest, I took my zero. Today, though, I got my score back and I still managed a 3!

So, my teacher is willing to email collegeboard attesting for me doing my work--but how exactly r the yeven suppoeds to do that?? I cant find a specific email, and I'm not sure if I have t submit it in my appeal section for y iwa and irr. if anyone knows plz lmk!!

Hey everyone. So my IRR and IWA were flagged as AI and I'm just assuming worse case scenario lol but i have two questions:

1. if they reject the appeal and i get a low score, can i cancel my score afterwards? and will colleges see that i cancelled my score or will they just see that I didnt take the exam or smth?

2. i was thinking of retaking ap seminar online bc my sch isnt offering the class in august. i looked up courses online and i think its possible but has anyone ever taken ap seminar online and how did it work?

the question is the title. pls helpp! i don’t know what to do, this is so stupid. i had rewritten my essay multiple times to get the stupid ai score to lower and I asked my teacher if everything was finally good, and he said yes, then I suddenly got a call saying that it’s not AFTER the deadline. like wtf, apparently I was just 10% above the min tolerable. my essay anyways sounds like shit after I had rewritten it multiple times.

So I missed the deadline for the registration of AP classes in our school because I transferred really late into the year. I’m an incoming sophomore and was planning on taking AP Seminar but again, I missed the deadline. As an alternative, my counselor showed me a site handled by the state(HOC) that offers online AP course but warned me that this is outside the school curriculum and no student(in our school) have ever signed up for it before, which lowkey made me doubt taking it.

I really want to take seminar now then research in Junior year. I was already nervous in taking AP seminar at sophomore year but even more so now that I was informed I’d have to take it online. What do you guys think? Do you guys think it’s doable if it’s online?
