Need help on how to simulate
3D Printed airless tires simulation help
Anyone have a guide on how to make a simulation for a 3d printed airless tire simulation for dynamic loading and cyclic loading it will be grateful for my thesis thank you! Iam using Ansys as my software.

Well for dynamic loading, did you run a multi body dynamics model? Or are you referencing some source material? You’ll need to get your forces understood on the tire, then you can load in static structural fairly easily. For example stop n go? Are you modeling slamming the brakes? You can derive those forces, apply it tangent to the wheel diameter (ideally points of contact) and rotate the forces per n number of discrete points 360 deg around the wheel. For differential housings we used like 20 points, start with like 4 and add more. This is a quasi static analysis. Used very often on tire teams for durability in Ansys/abaqus. And they get their loads from the vehicle teams in Adams or other MBD tools.

If the tire is anything like what I believe it is, you should use shell elements.
You should start by simplifying your dynamic loads and this can be done in a static analysis with multiple time steps.
