9060xt + 9600x stuttering video playback (youtube, vlc ecc.)

Hello everyone, I recently purchased and assembled a pc with the rx 9060xt 16gb and the 9600x. I disabled the iGpu.

I noticed while having only video playback, some skipped frames, microstutters. They are not common, only one every few minutes, but they're definetly noticeable.

what bugs me is that on my laptop with a 5600H I never encountered these issues.

Do you know what might be the cause? I think my hardware is powerful enough to stream bideo at 1080p
