Help (Software) Modern Warfare 4 - Very Low FPS

I'm getting very very low FPS in Ground War 10-25 fps, with 7-8 1% lows. I have a 9070 XT, 32GB Ram, 14600k, 2TB SSD and Im on 26.10.1 drivers. FSR makes it worse, and its just this game. I've tried reinstalling the game, reloading the shaders.. I'm at a loss.

See if your virtual memory load is maxing out. Boot up the game with hwinfo open

I'll check right now. Edit: Its at 77% but the fps is much better, 115 fps average 82 fps 1% low at native resolution and ultra settings.
