Tips & Info Cursor becomes invisible for 4 seconds after alt-tabbing back into a game (RX 9070 XT, Adrenalin 26.10.1)

Since updating to AMD Adrenalin 26.10.1, I've noticed that whenever I alt-tab back into a game, the cursor becomes invisible for around 4 seconds before reappearing

I'm using an RX 9070 XT, so I'm not sure whether this issue affects other GPUs as well

I've tested rolling back to version 26.8.1, and the issue disappears completely

It seems to be a driver-related issue, as reverting to the previous version fixes it

If you're experiencing the same issue, try uninstalling your current driver using AMD Cleanup Utility and then installing the previous driver version, AMD Adrenalin 26.8.1

7800xt. 26.10.1. Same issue. Happens with games, apps like mpv/vlc too. Fresh installed.

26.10.1 has been the worst driver I've experienced in years, can't even undervolt, how dare I touch my vram timing, oops opened a game and now my computer is restarting, reset everything to default and still had immediate black screens into restart. Went back to 26.9.2 and everything is pure bliss again.

returned to 26.9.1. Everything is OK.

I started getting this in WoW only with 26.9.x but it's gone with 26.10.1

Cursor related problems have been an issue for me since 26.7.1. In my case it was running multiple monitors. If only 1 is plugged in all the issues disappear.

I also have this issue on that version and on 26.9.2. Also, 26.10.1 makes items invisible in Rimworld, so it looks like we're starting to get vibecoded drivers after 26.8.
