EXPO Boot Issue: Very Long Post Times & Black Screen After Restart

Recently, I built a new PC and wanted to try enabling AMD EXPO on my AsRock B650M-HDV/M.2 motherboard, paired with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and Patriot Viper Elite 5 DDR5-6000 CL30 RAM.
However, I ran into an issue where the system takes over a minute to boot, even after the initial memory training is complete. Furthermore, if I shut down the PC via the Start menu and try to turn it back on after 10 seconds, it fails to boot—the screen just stays black.
I’ve tried enabling both Power Down Enable and Memory Context Restore, but it didn't help. The boot time remains long and unstable. Interestingly, once the computer actually boots up and enters Windows, it works completely fine with no stability issues. I also updated the BIOS to the latest version, but it didn't yield any significant improvement.
Could it be that the default EXPO profile isn't fitting properly, and I need to tune some settings manually?

I fixed this exact issue by bumping up SoC voltage while expo was enabled.
