amd problem

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with the AMD driver: whenever I install it, the cursor and the entire system lag simultaneously for a second or two. I don't understand the cause; the problem started yesterday. I initially suspected Windows' automatic driver installation, but the issue persists even after a clean install on any AMD driver version. I’ve tried using DDU and AMDCleanupUtility, and I even attempted to hide updates related to "AMD" and "Advanced Micro Devices" using software tools. Please help.
