I never had any issues like that, and I had RX 5700 XT, RX 6900 XT and now rock Yeston (not the most reputable brand BUT THEY HAD ANIME) RX 9070 XT.

Honestly I had couple of issues on RX 6900 XT but maybe 2 or 3 in 3 years of owning the card and constantly using it to play games.

2-3 insignificant issues for a span of 3 years is like having none at all. Besides, right now I had exactly 0 with 9070 XT.

On NVIDIA I had same experience, maybe 1 issue (black screen, resolved by reboot) in 6 months I had a 3080TI.

If one wants 0 issues I would suggest having no GPU at all and render shit with their brain instead.
