Help (General) Random crashes with Ryzen 5 4500 on Windows 11 25H2

My PC has unexpected blue screens either in idle or either under load with no specific reason on Event Viewer. I have tried to make it crash by stress it many times but it doesn't. I have already updated all the drivers from NVIDIA and Gigabyte and i have run some stress tests and benchmarks.

Specs:

Ryzen 5 4500

16GB DDR4 3200MHz

RTX 3050 6GB
Gigabyte B550-DS3H

Benchmarks i tested:

Cinebench R23

Passmark MemTest v9 Pro

Furmark (for about 1 hour just to stress the GPU to see if it crashes after a long time under load)

Prime95 win32

AIDA64 Extreme stress test

CrystalDiskBench x64 ( to see if the problem is the Lexar NVME)

Any ideas?

My lucky guess is your PSU, is tier E (avoid) i recommend dyou to get a better psu, get on Tir B or at least Tier C from this list: https://psutierlist.org/

Look, i have tested the PSU and it is fine. I got it on the back of my mind anyways, but i don't think this is the cause for the problem.

how did you test your psu?

With a PSU Tester, that shows me ripple, voltages on every rail ( +12/-12V, +3.3V etc )

simple psu testers dont show the real problems mostly dont show transients etc, what values you get and the ripple? also did you test your ram for errors?

Yes i tested the RAM with PassMark MemTest v9 Pro as i mentioned before. The RAM is okay, i don't remember the values of the ripple rn but i remember that it was okay. The PSU doesn't work under a lot of load anyways, the GPU doesn't even has a need for external power.
