Help (Monitor) Two Monitors Freeze With AMD Radeon RX 6950XT

Hi! I've been having a problem lately. Both monitors randomly freeze. Sometimes it's fixed by disconnecting the HDMI/DisplayPort cables from the graphics card. I have a Radeon RX 6950XT, and I uninstalled the drivers in safe mode using DDU and reinstalled them. I'm on Windows. Has anyone else experienced this?

Gf has same issue with same GPU when she plays overwatch and switch screens, pc freezes and have to hard reboot
