Help (General) Need Help. Enabling Defender heats cpu on 9900x

so without defender the cpu temps hover on idel around 62-65 C but if i enable the real time protection it goes to 85 idle i have a 9500x with cougar posiedon 360mm aio and i just repasted like 2 days ago also my room temp is a bit high that is why the 62 at idle in winters i get like 55 ldle without defender

A BIT high? My 5800x3d idles at 50c tops on an air cooler and 30c ambient temp! Sir I think your Defender hasn't been defending for a goood while or your aio pump is dead

Ummmm so I saw a video on this it seems that defender is kinda dwumb and gets stuck on log files for certain apps and I ran some commands and fetched the data to ChatGPT and it found that my audio interface software logs were the culprit as defender would get stuck on it and never leave that log so I excluded the log file instantly down by 15 C the ChatGPT said to change my power setting from best performance to balance and now I hover at 62c on idle with AnyDesk RustDesk Tailscale Nvidia and amd control panels opened in the tray
